Porsche has a reputation for producing high-performance car though, but still reliable and easily controlled for use in everyday driving.
Porsche (Porsche AG), is a German automobile manufacturer founded in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche, the engineer who created the first Volkswagen. The company is located in Zuffenhausen, a city district of Stuttgart, Germany.
In 1952 the Porsche logo that was used from 1953. Ferry Porsche commissioned the advertising manager Hermann Lapper to design a logo. The goal was a seal of quality for the Porsche Type 356 The draft was finally created by Franz Xaver rhyme Spiess - a drawing talented Porsche engineer. Another source mentions Erwin Komenda as author.
The new logo first appeared in late 1952 on a steering wheel hub and it adorns since 1954, the front cover of each series Porsche. To date, only small things on the coat of arms have changed.
The Porsche car logo includes the Stuttgart emblem, the coat of arms of Free People's State of Württemberg and the lettering "Porsche" and "Stuttgart". It is sometimes referred to 1954 as the year of the draft.
