Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya (Ubhara Jaya) is a university that is under guidance from Brata Bhakti Foundation which is a foundation under the auspices of the Indonesian police agency where the Chief of Police is the head of the foundation builder.
Brata Bhakti Foundation also administered Universitas Bhayangkara Surabaya (Ubhara). University Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya has two campus locations, first campus is located at Jalan Darmawangsa I No.1 Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan and second Ubhara Jaya campus is located on Jalan Raya Perjuangan Marga Mulya, Bekasi Utara.
